Summary
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience working with OpenText Documentum, IBM FileNet, Nuxeo or comparable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform.
- 5+ years' experience of administration and support of an ECM platform experience
- Java/Shell/PowerShell programming is a plus
- Migration tool experience is a plus
- AWS Cloud, Tomcat/TC Server administration on Linux/Windows experience is a plus
- Ability to perform Documentum upgrades and migrations with precision.
- Skilled installing and configuring Documentum and/or FileNet components and services efficiently and reliably.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
- Proficient in creating and utilizing SQL and shell scripts to automate system tasks effectively.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support, change management, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that values and leverages team diversity.
- Comfortable working within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
