Program Manager

Skilled in managing multiple programs/projects with experience with implementations across large organizations to include developing and managing project plans and documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans, ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriers

Ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems and prioritize information and issues.

Skilled in effectively mapping business processes and identifying process improvements and skilled in planning and facilitating meetings and group problem solving

Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships withmultiple project sponsors and stakeholders. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills and strong teamwork skills.

Ability to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conduct regular program/project team status meetings.

Experience in developing budgets and operating plans for program

Must Have: PMP certification
