Job Details- 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Experience with commercial construction (ground-up and/or renovation)
- Strong understanding of scopes, assemblies, and subcontractor trades
- Ability to prepare conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates
- Experience with subcontractor solicitation, leveling, and scope review
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
