Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce ETL Developer with strong integration expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration and ETL solutions connecting Salesforce with enterprise applications and external data sources.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience, strong hands-on experience with Salesforce data integration, ETL development, APIs, data migration, and enterprise integration patterns. The candidate should be comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL and data integration solutions involving Salesforce and external systems.

• Develop scalable processes for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading into Salesforce.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.

• Perform Salesforce data migration and integration activities while maintaining data integrity and quality.

• Develop complex data mappings and transformation logic between Salesforce and source/target systems.

• Analyze source data and identify data quality, duplication, transformation, and reconciliation issues.

• Develop and optimize integration workflows for high-volume data processing.

• Work with Salesforce objects, relationships, custom objects, and metadata to support integration requirements.

• Design and implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms for integration processes.

• Troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues.

• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams.

• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, interface specifications, and integration processes.

• Ensure integration solutions follow Salesforce best practices, enterprise security standards, and data governance requirements.

• Support production releases, incident resolution, and ongoing optimization of integration processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development, data integration, ETL, or related technologies.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and data management.

• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration patterns.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP APIs.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, data models, relationships, and data migration.

• Experience developing complex data mappings and transformation processes.

• Strong SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating relational databases.

• Experience with enterprise integration and middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, Talend, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and other Salesforce data migration/integration utilities.

• Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, validation, and error-handling processes.

• Experience working with large-volume data integration environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
