Role: Network Operations Engineer
Location: Manhattan, NY / Scarsdale, NY (Onsite)
Type: Full-time role with TCS (TATA Consultancy Services)
Job Description:
Lead enterprise network operations ensuring availability and resilience of data and voice networks.
Key responsibilities:
· Own LAN, WAN, and firewall operations.
· Lead incident, problem, and change management.
· Act as escalation for network incidents.
· Coordinate with network vendors and service providers.
· Support DR and resilience planning.
Primary skills:
