 Job Description details

·  General requirements for day-to-day support

·  Docking and Undocking: Mechanically interfacing the ATE tester with Handlers

·  Loadboard/DIB Installation: Carefully installing the Device Interface Boards (DIBs), ensuring pogo-pin alignment is perfect to avoid "crushed pins" or poor contact.

·  Change-over: Swapping out "kits" (sockets, stiffeners, and plungers) when transitioning the line from testing one SoC model to another.

·  Continuity/Isolations Checks. Load board debug and validation.

·  Pin/Socket Repair: Work with vendors to handle maintenance and repair.

·  Tester Calibration: Running diagnostic routines and calibration to maintain system up time.

·  Running Test Plan for the day. Load program and test parts as directed by the ATE Engineer to collect data for performance reviews.
