We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer/React Lead with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React.js, TypeScript, and enterprise-grade application development.

• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and security compliance.

• Implement automated testing strategies using Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on front-end initiatives.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Excellent understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
