Summary
Seeking a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations, payroll interfaces, and enterprise middleware. The role will also support the organization's transition from SuccessFactors to Workday.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound SuccessFactors integrations.
Build and maintain Integration Center jobs.
Develop and troubleshoot OData and CompoundEmployee API queries.
Manage payroll integrations with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView.
Collaborate with SAP CPI and Informatica IICS teams.
Handle integration testing, production support, and root-cause analysis.
Support Workday transition, integration assessment, mapping, testing, and cutover.
Required Skills
8+ years of HRIS experience.
5+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience.
Strong expertise in OData and CompoundEmployee APIs.
5+ years of Integration Center experience.
Hands-on ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView integrations.
Knowledge of SAP CPI, Informatica IICS, XML, JSON, CSV, SFTP, and PGP encryption.
Strong testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Workday integrations: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or PECI.
SAP SuccessFactors certification.
HRIS migration experience.
Global payroll and enterprise HRIS experience.
