Responsibilities

Eastman has an immediate opening fora Power Watch Engineer in Indian Orchard, Massachusetts. This position supports Power Plant Operations, a 24/7 co-generation plant providing energy to the facility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise Power Plant wage operating and maintenance personnel
• Maintain necessary operating and maintenance logs and records
• Trouble-shoot operating issues quickly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with all environmental and regulatory requirements
• Direct work of outside contractors performing maintenance/repair work as necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Massachusetts 3rd Class Stationary Engineer's License is required
• Massachusetts 1st or 2nd Class Stationary Engineer's License strongly preferred
• Supervisory experience in a Power Generation Facility preferred
• Process Control Systems experience preferred
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts and holidays required

The base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $121,000.
