Description/ Responsibilities
Strong IT experience with minimum 8-10 years focused primarily on Account Reconciliation processes.
* Demonstrated experience in planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solutions.
* Managed and executed at least 2 end-to-end ARCS implementations.
* Sound knowledge of Account Reconciliation processes.
* Excellent capability around writing SQL queries for completeness checks and custom reconciliation reporting.
* Experience with Transaction Matching and sub-ledger integration is a must.
* Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers.
* Well versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate his/her thoughts clearly.
* Good documentation and presentation skills.
* Experience in leading customer demos, presentations and trainings.
-Ability to research application and service logs to troubleshoot application issues.
-Coordinate with internal and external technical support providers for better resolution
-Ability to work independently and supports multiple deliverables simultaneously.
