Job Summary The SWIFT Network & Treasury Management Consultant is responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise financial messaging and treasury operations. This role focuses on managing SWIFT network connectivity, supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient financial transactions while collaborating with finance, banking, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and support SWIFT network connectivity including Alliance Access, Alliance Lite2, or equivalent platforms Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 (MX) messages Handle RMA management, key exchange, certificates, and SWIFT security controls Ensure compliance with SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) requirements Coordinate with service bureaus, banking partners, and internal stakeholders Support daily operations and enhancements of Treasury Management Systems Integrate TMS with banking systems, ERP platforms, and SWIFT interfaces Support treasury functions including cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, and reconciliations Troubleshoot application and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions Provide Level 2 production support for treasury and SWIFT-related applications Monitor system health, job schedules, interfaces, and message flows Manage incidents, service requests, and deployments in alignment with SLAs Participate in system releases, upgrades, patches, and business continuity testing Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures Support audits and security reviews related to treasury and SWIFT platforms Required Qualifications 58 years of IT experience with strong hands-on exposure to SWIFT and treasury systems In-depth knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards (MT, MX, ISO 20022) Experience with SWIFT CSP, certificates, PKI, and RMA management Strong understanding of treasury processes including payments, cash management, and bank connectivity Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, FIS, ION, SAP Treasury, or similar) Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, interfaces, and middleware Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments, basic SQL, and file transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with global treasury or banking environments Experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Financials Exposure to payment hubs and regulatory payment standards Knowledge of middleware technologies such as MQ, web services, or APIs Education: Bachelors Degree
