Pay: $25-$60/hour (Based on Experience & Performance)

Responsibilities:
Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
Oversee and develop install helpers to ensure quality and efficiency
Read and interpret job specs, layouts, and system requirements
Perform clean, code-compliant installs (ductwork, equipment, piping, wiring, etc.)
Troubleshoot and solve issues in the field without constant supervision
Maintain a clean, organized job site and professional appearance
Communicate clearly with homeowners when needed (no sales pressure-just honesty)
Ensure every install meets our standards-not just "good enough"

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC installer (lead experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
Ability to run a job independently and make sound decisions in the field
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and pride in clean, high-quality work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in typical field conditions
EPA certification (required)

Compensation details: 25-60 Hourly Wage
