Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, collaboration technologies, and business applications.
- Drive digital transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Establish and improve data governance, reporting, and information management practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and responsible AI opportunities.
- Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and manage IT budgets and technology investment plans.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
- Promote IT governance, security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- 5+ years managing technical teams.
- Experience developing enterprise technology strategy and technology roadmaps.
- Strong background in:
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud technologies
- Infrastructure modernization
- Digital transformation
- IT governance
- Vendor management
- Business continuity and disaster recovery
- Experience managing enterprise technology budgets.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise data governance and analytics initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI governance or enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and Boards.
- Background leading organizational change and technology modernization efforts.
