Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The role involves creating and refining user stories, defining detailed acceptance criteria, facilitating backlog grooming sessions, and ensuring priorities align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile environments, enabling development teams to deliver solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Working closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders, the candidate will be responsible for defining solution requirements, supporting feature prioritization, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, data flows, and system-to-system interactions is essential to effectively analyze requirements and support solution design discussions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather, document, validate, and communicate requirements clearly. They will play a key role throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring requirements are understood, actionable, and delivered effectively, enabling engineering teams to build scalable, high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
