Java Support Engineer (L3/L4 Support)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and Maintenance:
o Provide L3/L4 support for banking applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical
issues in both production and non-production environments.
o Collaborate with development teams to analyze and optimize existing systems for performance,
scalability, and maintainability.
o Address critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to
prevent recurrence.
Design and Development:
o Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, bug fixes, and new features for Java applications.
o Ensure the stability and reliability of applications through careful design and thorough testing.
Testing:
o Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and system tests to validate the quality and
functionality of code changes.
o Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to ensure consistent quality across all
deployments.
