Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
2-4 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Snowflake)
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R)
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting
Understanding of financial lifecycle processes
Experience with predictive modeling and scenario analysis

30 percent dashboard and visualization development
20 percent predictive modeling and reporting

Daily Responsibilities
60 percent hands-on data analysis and reporting
