JOB OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end change management efforts for enterprise transformation initiatives. It ensures that new processes, systems, and ways of working are effectively adopted, delivering measurable improvements in performance, employee experience, and business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
30% Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned to program roadmaps, ensuring readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioral change. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to identify risks and implement mitigation plans that support successful transformation outcomes.
20% Design and deliver comprehensive communication strategies that clearly articulate the purpose, benefits, and impact of change. Engage stakeholders across functions, including leadership, to build alignment, maintain transparency, and foster commitment to change initiatives.
15% Design and deliver role-based training programs and enablement materials that equip stakeholders with the knowledge and tools required to adopt new processes and systems. Support go-live readiness and transition to ongoing operations through structured support models and knowledge transfer.
10% Define, track, and analyze adoption and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of change initiatives. Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement through iterative enhancements to training, communications, and processes.
10% Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and external partners to integrate change management activities into program delivery plans, ensuring alignment across release cycles and business priorities.
10% Establish and leverage change champion networks and feedback mechanisms to capture insights, reinforce adoption, and inform ongoing improvements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience accepted.
10+ years of experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise-scale transformations.
Demonstrated experience supporting platform implementations such as ERP, eProcurement, ordering systems, or customer-facing portals.
Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies across communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments (e.g., fleet, automotive, logistics, financial services) preferred.
Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience preferred.

Innovation & Problem Solving - Types of problems solved are they routine in nature or complex. The degree of difficulty, depth and breadth of the critical tasks and interaction with who and what level.

Makes independent decisions regarding change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption approaches that directly influence program success, user adoption, and operational outcomes. Decisions impact employee experience, client satisfaction, and the realization of transformation benefits.

Operates in a highly complex, cross-functional environment, balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and program timelines. Exercises independent judgment to assess risks, adjust strategies, and address challenges throughout the change lifecycle.
Leadership & Autonomy:
Functions as an individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy, leading change initiatives across multiple teams. Influences stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, without direct authority.
Innovation & Problem Solving:
Identifies and addresses adoption barriers through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Applies both strategic and tactical problem-solving to improve processes, enhance user experience, and drive continuous improvement.

Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging. Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. Builds trust, fosters collaboration, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
