Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions including: support RFP responses, solution orals, and proactive Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter implementations
  • Ensure successful delivery of large-scale, multi-state/multi-line implementations by providing strong onshore leadership with direct client engagement (North America).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client architects, business leaders, and program stakeholders
  • Lead architecture review boards, design workshops, and solution walkthroughs
  • Mentor developers, config leads, and junior architects

Guidewire Cloud & Modernization

  • Lead Guidewire Cloud upgrade / migration initiatives and modernization programs.
  • Define patterns for microservices, API-led integration, and event-driven architectures.
  • Drive reduction of technical debt and legacy constraints in implementations.
  • Stay aligned with Guidewire product roadmap and leverage new capabilities.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Guidewire implementations with Strong experience in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter
  • Minimally must have led at least 2+ end-to-end Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations (partial implementation experience does not meet the minimum requirements)
  • Proven experience in Guidewire Cloud upgrade/migration programs
  • Prior executive stakeholder management experience gained from onsite engagements in US.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science
  • Guidewire ACE Certification and Best Practices (preferably at latest Cloud version level)
