RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Lead IAM Expert in Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities:
* Lead SRE implementation across IAM platforms to ensure availability, scalability, and performance
* Design and deploy observability pipelines, data workflows, and automation frameworks
* Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs; implement comprehensive monitoring and health tracking
* Build real-time dashboards and proactive alerting to detect and resolve issues early
* Lead incident response, recovery, and post-incident improvements to reduce MTTR
* Partner with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to align with business and compliance goals
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM engineers, promoting continuous improvement
* Oversee incident management, disaster recovery, and change processes for IAM operations
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of cybersecurity/IAM experience, including SRE in IAM platforms
* Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and complex initiatives
* Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, security best practices, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
* Experience leading IAM support teams (L1/L2/L3), including hiring, onboarding, and team structuring
* Strong performance management, mentoring, and team development capabilities
* Ability to manage on-call rotations, workloads, and operational support functions
* Track record of building high-performing, accountable, and collaborative teams
* Commitment to continuous improvement, upskilling (IAM/SRE), and fostering an inclusive team culture
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
