Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst - AR & Billing

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Business Analyst with extensive experience implementing the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. The candidate must be strong in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts, and mapping data between PeopleSoft, legacy systems, and third-party interface systems.

The Business Analyst will work with business users to understand objectives, operational procedures, problems, input/output requirements, and opportunities to improve or automate existing systems. Responsibilities include analyzing alternatives and performing cost/benefit analysis, documenting detailed user needs and program functions, identifying the steps required to develop or modify applications, and reviewing system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine whether requested changes can be accommodated.

The position also requires hands-on end-to-end system integration testing involving third-party interfaces, project documentation, support for training activities, and other project tasks as needed. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working effectively with a large remote team. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central, although some evening, weekend, holiday, or other off-hours work may be required depending on the project phase.
