Job Overview: The primary role of a Supply Chain Analyst III is to define, build, manage, and measure global asset management processes. This position involves responsibilities such as purchasing goods and services, analyzing supplier performance, and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities: - Lead the technical development of innovative inventory planning and logistics processes.
- Review and potentially optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, and other relevant factors.
- Own the end-to-end asset management process and systems globally.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Drive automation on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision-makers and the wider enterprise organization.
- Approve purchases of the highest quality products at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts.
- Approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services.
- Instruct staff on resolving problems related to undelivered goods.
- Instruct staff on methods of negotiation, renegotiation, and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
- Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
- Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and determine the need for changes.
Qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals, and other technical data.
- Proficiency in accurately documenting and recording customer/client information.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field required.

Pay Range: $50 - $54/hour on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
