Job Summary
SMBC Risk Technology group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BA / PM to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Business Analysis, Agile Project Management, and mentoring teams with adoption of Agile framework and industry best practices. This role involves working closely with development teams, and end-users to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- BA / PM on the Risk Technology project, with responsibility to lead by example.
- Understand and document business requirements using Agile methodology, and translate into JIRA work items
- Implement requirements traceability for Management, Audit, and other stakeholders.
- Understand the Agile framework for Risk Technology projects, ensure adoption and consistent implementation of Policies and Procedures.
- Prioritize work by setting and meeting realistic deadlines, forecasting, and communicating changes resulting from risks and issues.
- Ensure a high level of fiscal control and accountability for project budget and resources.
- Continuously improve Agile processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Team player with ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team across multiple time zones.
- Work closely with team members, and end-users to educate on the Agile practices and benefits of Agile Methodology.
- Generate appropriate reports/dashboards that provide insight into the Plan, Scope, Project Status, Team Productivity, Data Exceptions, etc.
- Maintain documentation and create reusable templates.
Key Skills and Competencies- Experience as a BA/PM working on Agile projects utilizing Cloud technologies (Preferably Azure).
- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques.
- Expertise using tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio/Gliffy, SharePoint, Office365, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of various software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel and SQL required. Basic Python proficiency and ability to read Python code desired.
- Knowledge of capital markets products (Derivatives and SFTs) and counterparty credit risk measures (Net CE, MPE, EE, CVA)
Qualifications- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in Risk Technology initiatives using Agile methodology.
- 5+ years of experience working in Capital Markets or Fixed income or Commercial Lending.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $70 to $80/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
