Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst – MBS Program Transition

Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension or conversion to full-time)

Location: 240 Greenwich St, Floor 20, New York, NY 10286

Work Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

 

Job Summary

  • Studies and Analyses Related to Client’s Transition from PoolLevel to LoanLevel MortgageBacked Securities (MBS) Program Client assessing an enterprisewide transition from a poollevel MortgageBacked Securities (MBS) program to a loanlevel MBS program.
  • This shift has broad implications for operational processes, technology architecture, data management, and the Client responsibilities as the Pool Processing Agent (PPA) Central Paying and Transfer Agent (CPTA) under the MBS Issuance and Bond Administration (MBSIBA) contract.
  • This Statement of Work (SOW) directs Client to conduct a coordinated set of studies, assessments, and technical analyses associated with Task 9 and Task 10 of the contract to ensure the PPA, CPTA, Ginnie Mae, and issuer community are prepared for loanlevel MSR transfers, pooling, and downstream investor reporting, payments, and processing.
