Job Title: QA Automation Engineer(AI-Enabled Testing)
Location: Phoenix AZ(Hybrid)

Job Requirement:

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive experience in QA automation or quality engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python-based automation frameworks.
• Practical experience using AI tools in testing workflows (e.g., AI-assisted test creation, analysis, or automation support).
• Familiarity with prompt writing and refining prompts for consistent QA outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with VS Code and modern development tools.

• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Exposure to AI-assisted IDE features, VS Code Instructions, or custom AI workflows.
• Experience testing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and test automation integration.
• Ability to mentor peers and help elevate team adoption of AI-enabled testing practices.
• Experience with test reporting, metrics, and quality dashboards.
