As a Project Manager you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities: -

·       Scrum Master to support Data & Analytics teams within the healthcare domain.

·       The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing Jira workflows, supporting Kanban teams, and ensuring smooth delivery across cross‑functional squads.

·       Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.

·       Manage Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and sprint reporting.

·       Support Kanban-based delivery and optimize flow of work. Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams.

·       Track delivery metrics and maintain transparency using Jira and Smartsheet. Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.

·       Must‑Have Skills Strong Agile/Scrum Master experience.

·       High proficiency in Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting). Experience with Kanban.

·       Data & Analytics project experience. Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider/life sciences).
