ERP Systems Analyst - Integration

This role involves working closely with Business Analysts and the Digital Technology team to transform business requirements into technical designs. The Systems Analyst will evaluate solutions, document integration designs, and support implementation activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will play a crucial role in understanding objectives, creating technical requirement documents, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and the Digital Technology team to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Document integration designs and support implementation activities across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Lead discovery sessions to identify integration points and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create high-quality technical requirement documents that developers can implement without ambiguity.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs and success criteria.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business analytics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a solutions analyst, systems analyst, or technical business analyst role supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs, including integration specifications.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Experience defining technical test scenarios and supporting system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
