Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning and coordinating information systems, systems analysis, and software delivery and a proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and coordinate project activities across teams.
- Oversee backup, security, and user support processes.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and system requirements.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to drive cooperation and resolve issues.
- Provide users with technical support and triage for computer problems.
- Apply familiarity with AI technology and terminology to guide project decisions.
- Drive large and complex cross-functional teams to deliver milestones.
- Communicate status and risks with clear written and verbal updates.
- Work independently, manage time, and maintain organized, confidential information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Foundational knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, costs, and methods for efficient delivery.
- Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Basic proficiency with software such as Visual Basic, Java, and SQL.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an Engineering discipline.
- Experience partnering with AI engineering teams.
