Job Details
A growing technology services company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Help Desk Engineer II to join their team. This is a full time onsite orle supporting a variety of clients across different industries. You'll work hands on with Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management while collaborating with a small group of experienced engineers wo enjoy problem solving and working with new technology.

Required Skills & Experience
2 or more years of experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and user support
Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management
Understanding of basic networking concepts including VPNs, DNS, and TCP/IP
Experience troubleshooting hardware such as laptops, printers, and VOIP phones
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work onsite in the Phoenix area and occasionally travel to client locations
Self motivated with the ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities independently

- Knowledge of Ubiquiti or other network equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Exposure to Linux systems or basic command line navigation
- Experience using RMM tool such as ConnectWise Manage or Automate
- Understanding of MFA configurations and identity management
- Background supporting multi site environments or remote users
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
- Strong Documentation habits and attention to detail
- Interest in learning systems administration, networking, or cloud technologies
