We?re hiring an A-Level Production Technician who can diagnose, produce, and flag hours consistently in a busy, structured shop.

What You?ll Be Responsible For
- Accurate diagnostics (electrical, drivability, AC systems)
- Bumper-to-bumper repairs
- Maintaining 100%+ efficiency consistently
- Proper inspection and documentation
- Communicating findings with advisors
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2+ years experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician
- Strong diagnostic ability (not a parts changer)
- Experience with scan tools and modern systems
- Proven ability to maintain 100%+ efficiency
- Own tools required
- Valid driver?s license
Preferred
- ASE certifications
- High-volume or flat-rate shop experience
- Tekmetric experience
