Pay Range:$47.53-$70.00 Per Hr

Job Description:
Join our team in a remote-eligible role based in Madison, WI, where you will manage development sprints in an Agile environment. 
This contract position requires collaboration with technical and management teams to ensure smooth project execution. 
Familiarity with project management concepts and Agile frameworks is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Manage medium to high complexity projects and facilitate releases.
Guide team in estimating practices and ensure intentional change management.
Resolve project conflicts and remove roadblocks to maintain high performance.
Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5 years of experience as a project manager or Scrum Master.
2 years of experience leading sprints.
Proficient in Agile Scrum implementation and iterative development.
Skilled in using project management software and tools.
