Job Description

• The role requires a strong program/project management skill with excellent communication,
• strong scope, schedule and budget management, along with risk, issue and dependency management skill.
• strong project budget / financial management skill, someone who understands, resource allocation, how scope change can impact budget, hold the line in discussions to ensure the team understands budget impact of any decision
• Clarity tool experience is required. A lot of PM says in the interview that they can pick up but struggle a lot in doing basic clarity management. So someone with the tool experience will be fact to pick up AB IT PMO processes.
• Project is in the SAP Vistex space, so prior knowledge to this environment is needed
• Executive presence, someone who can present and facilitate discussions among senior leaders. This is a highly visible and key initiative for AB.
• Holds stakeholder accountable and communicate clearly to all levels in the organization

Develops, refines, validates and manages project plans to ensure on time and on budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise. Responsible for utilizing project management methods, standards, project integration as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects. Provides timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery. Develops project plans based on specifications provided by the Portfolio Management staff and manages effective execution of the initiatives. Builds consensus among multiple process leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution. Brokers services within IBS and ABC vendors on behalf of the business area represented. Provides overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress. Identifies potential risks within the project; proactively manages issues. Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation. . 2 step interview- Working out of the PMO

Need to have Jira and Clarity PPM experience- non negotiable

25% of time to manage Icertis data model alignment with ABForce as part of the GPO Operations Optimization work for FY25

75% of time to manage NET NEW work for Generative AI for Contract interpretation, negotiation and data extraction with data flow between systems (Icertis and SAP Vistex)

This position will support multiple projects across the PMO. Versatility is a must and should have a background supporting multiple projects for a PMO. Must come from a Microsoft Tech stack and be familiar with Microsoft office suite

SAP VISTEX experience is needed- will be supporting an ongoing project utilizing SAP VISTEX for the next year. Understanding this environment is a big plus. Stakeholder engagement is important and need ability to lead and take charge.
