Job Description
Position Summary:
Prince William Water is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Analyst with expertise in Dell Boomi integration platform to support enterprise system integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
This role will serve as the technical lead for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and operational systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable integrations, managing APIs, and supporting data exchange across systems, including asset management, GIS, ERP, customer, data warehouse and operational platforms.
The analyst will collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and application owners to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient system interoperability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Dell Boomi platforms, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
- Build and manage Boomi processes, connectors, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Configure and administer Boomi environments, Atoms, Molecules, and deployment processes.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot failures or data issues.
- Implement best practices for integration architecture, error handling, and logging.
- Develop integrations between enterprise systems including: Asset Management platforms (e.g., Cityworks)
- GIS systems (ESRI ArcGIS)
- ERP/Financial systems (Oracle Fusion or similar)
- SCADA and operational platforms
- Cloud and SaaS applications

- Support real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations.
- Design and manage REST/SOAP APIs and data exchange standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Boomi support for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience with Dell Boomi development, administration and support.
- Experience designing enterprise system integrations and APIs.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware architecture.
- Experience working with REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience with data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.

- ITIL Foundation
- PMP or Agile certification
