Job Title: Product Consultant

Job Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10-12 years of experience in product management.
  • Expertise in Data or AI led Product Management.
  • Experience shaping product strategy across payment processing, merchant services, gateways, ACH/card, and payment operations.
  • Experience identifying where AI/agentic capabilities can materially change payment economics, customer experience, risk, and operational models.
  • Ability to engage C-suite and payment executives to shape product vision, investment priorities, and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
  • Experience defining and launching new payment products and capabilities, including market positioning, business case, operating model, and commercialization strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy, development, and scale of the B2B, Merchant, and Print platform.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Strategize product initiatives, processes, and frameworks in collaboration with CSPOs across Merchant, B2B, and Print domains.
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Align product strategy with business goals, revenue targets, and evolving market trends.
  • Identify and drive continuous enhancement opportunities to maximize product value and growth.
  • Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback via surveys, interviews, and usage data.
