Duties: Develop and continue improving self-service technology, including GenAI-powered AI agents, for various customer personas, including AV customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design, implement, and analyze experiments, and conduct deep dives to drive business impact. Apply analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and machine learning to business goals to provide practical insights. Work with Engineering teams to ensure data instrumentation and quality. Effectively communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. Maintain focus and efficiency while navigating ambiguous situations. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Information Management, Chemical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires:

1. SQL, Python/R, Spark;
2. Data manipulation, modeling, and validation on large-scale datasets ensuring reproducible and scalable workflows;
3. Designed and led A/A, A/B, and multivariate tests using uplift modeling and diff-in-diff methods to measure causal impact;
4. Applied regression, hypothesis testing, and time-series analysis ensuring analytical soundness and business reasonability;
5. Created Tableau, Looker, and internal dashboards, distilling complex insights into concise, compelling stories for executive stakeholders;
6. Automated ETL pipelines across distributed data platforms and virtual warehouses, ensuring sustainable, version-controlled workflows.
7. Git, Jira, Google/MS Office Suite and sprint-based workflows;
8. Demonstrated stakeholder management, partnered cross-functionally across time zones, influenced experimentation strategy and ensured analytical rigor and transparent delivery.
