JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineer
JOB LOCATION: 20205 North Creek Pkwy, Bothell, WA 98011
DUTIES: Design and develop various initiatives for the customer and employee digital experience across consumer distribution channels. Lead the software product development life cycle from
inception to production launch and post-production support. Lead software development projects of technical background using Web Services and Microservices. Design, code, test, debug, and document new and existing components to ensure that software meets business quality and operational needs. Elaborate on solutions and interfaces. Develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enablers. Interpret and translate business needs into technical requirements and accurate estimates. Focus on scalability, security, and availability of applications and processes. Contribute to technical roadmaps and technical debt elimination by balancing time, resources, and quality constraints. Build Java based high-volume, high-transaction applications and web applications using Spring and REST. Develop and automate test components for software components created. Apply advanced knowledge of databasesoftware including Cassandra and MongoDB.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation leading software development projects of technical background using Web Services and Microservices; developing, analyzing, splitting, and realizing the implementation of enablers; building Java based high-volume, high-transaction applications and web applications using Spring and REST; developing and automating test components for software components created; and applying advanced knowledge of database software including Cassandra and MongoDB.
