Senior People Analytics Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and business insights for HR and business leaders
* Build and maintain employee data models and reporting solutions within a cloud-based data environment
* Analyze workforce trends and transform data into actionable recommendations
* Support data quality, governance, and reporting processes across multiple data sources
* Enhance and migrate reporting and dashboard solutions while ensuring metric accuracy
* Assist with compensation and market benchmarking analysis
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve people reporting and analytics capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience in HR, workforce, or people analytics
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large datasets
* Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
* Familiarity with data transformation tools and version control practices
* Understanding of employee data privacy and governance best practices
* Knowledge of talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation, or related people functions
* Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and data modeling
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience using Python or R for analytics is a plus
* Exposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI tools preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
