Description

As the Manager of this team, you will hire, lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Engineering Program Managers that are tasked with driving complex projects across our Claris platform, responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our tight deadlines and high quality levels.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years experience in software engineering project or program management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch.

3+ years experience in leading and developing high-performing teams of project managers

Proven track record of successfully delivering software products, emphasizing continuous improvement and operational rigor

Extensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop actionable solutions in the GenAI space.

Familiar with SaaS-specific rhythms (monthly releases, continuous deployment pipelines, SLAs)
