Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, integrations, and data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, a solid understanding of event-driven architectures, and exposure to modern data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions
• Ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing Salesforce environments
• Support data integration with enterprise data platforms and analytics systems

Required Skills & Experience

Salesforce Development

• 8–10+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming)
• Proven experience with:
• Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Platform Events

Integration Experience

• Experience building event-driven and API-based integrations
• Familiarity with:
• Salesforce Data Cloud or Customer 360 architectures
• Federated, read-only integration models
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms:
• Snowflake
• Azure
• AWS

Security & Metadata

• Strong knowledge of:
• Profiles, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security
• Named Credentials and OAuth authentication
• Experience supporting regulated environments:
• HIPAA
• PII-sensitive systems

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with multiple Salesforce orgs in enterprise environments
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion and activation)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield
• Understanding of:
• Canonical data modeling
• Identity resolution concepts
• Experience supporting analytics or BI enablement use cases
• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Platform Developer I / II
• Integration Architecture Designer
