Front End Engineer w/ React


Role Overview


This role is dedicated to the client/user experience layer. You will be responsible for building sophisticated, responsive, and secure interfaces for the financial institution's primary customer-facing platforms.


Key Responsibilities


UI Architecture: Act as a key participant in developing standards for large-scale front-end technology solutions.


Implementation: Design and code complex projects using modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring high performance and security.


Strategic Review: Analyze technical challenges involving unprecedented factors and influence the team to drive new UI initiatives.


Required Qualifications:


10+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one


or a combination of the following:


10+ years of engineering skills with ReacJSt, Redux, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript


Desired Qualifications:


2+ years of experience working in an Agile working environment such as Scrum or


Kanban.


2+ years of experience Leading and Coaching junior staff.


2+ years of experience building relationships with stakeholders and vendors.


A certification in Cloud a plus.


2+ years of experience in Financial Industry a plus.
