Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of web and mobile applications ensuring exceptional user experience and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to gather requirements and build integrated solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of best practices in coding and application design.
  • Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance development efficiencies.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, crafting high-quality documentation.
  • Implement modern technologies to boost application performance and scalability.
  • Engage actively in change management via feedback sessions and demos.

Skills

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in JavaScript (React), HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Expertise in developing within a CI/CD framework.
  • Skilled in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and capabilities.
  • Experience in high-volume, high-availability environments such as retail or ecommerce.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Ability to create wireframes and mockups in collaboration with product owners.
