Must Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands of front-end development. Candidates are required to have Drupal, JavaScript (ES6+), AJAX, JQuery, Twig, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive/mobile-first design.
• Advanced written and verbal communication, and strong analytical skills. Strong understanding of web standards, information design, and best practices for accessibility, usability, and SEO. Referred: Financial or government experience preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front-End Drupal Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences aligned with business and marketing goals.

Key Skills:

• Strong in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Twig, and responsive design
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), AJAX, and jQuery
• Experience with Drupal theming, PHP basics, and CMS development
• Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket, Agile workflows, and tools like Jira/Confluence
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web standards
• Good communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Convert designs and wireframes into responsive, production-ready code
• Develop reusable components and Drupal front-end modules
• Collaborate with designers, UX teams, and stakeholders
• Optimize performance across devices and browsers
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and development standards

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GSAP, APIs, analytics tools, and design systems
• Familiarity with testing tools and Drupal back-end
