Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate – EDI Solutions Architect / Integration Engineer to support the design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of B2B Integration (B2Bi), web, and mainframe applications. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of EDI and integration environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in EDI solutions, enterprise application integration, system architecture, and multi-platform environments including UNIX, Linux, Windows, and mainframe systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, develop, and support B2Bi, web, and mainframe applications.
• Translate business capabilities and requirements into effective technical solutions and system architectures.
• Develop and maintain EDI integrations and trading partner connections using industry-standard protocols and mapping tools.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of solutions across all supported environments and trading partners.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, manufacturing, customer service, and application development groups.
• Perform system tuning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms.
• Support enterprise application integration initiatives utilizing middleware and messaging technologies.
• Analyze, design, and implement communication protocols and network connectivity solutions.
• Participate in system enhancements, production support, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, integration best practices, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years of focused experience in Solution Architecture, Integration, or EDI-related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management systems, including:
  • System Development
  • Business Intelligence
  • Business Processes
  • Customer Relations
• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or integration technologies.
• 5+ years of experience developing and interpreting:
  • Architecture Diagrams
  • Sequence Diagrams
  • UML Diagrams
  • Network Connectivity Models
  • Communication Protocols
• Strong experience with:
  • EDI Mapping Tools
  • ANSI X12
  • EDIFACT
  • UNIX
  • Linux
  • Windows
  • SQL Server
  • IBM MQ Series
• Experience supporting B2B Integration (B2Bi) platforms and trading partner onboarding.
• Knowledge of network protocols, standards, and session initiation protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting web and mainframe applications.
• Familiarity with mainframe systems and environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
