Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years in business intelligence, analytics, or related role
Strong proficiency with SQL and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.)
Experience with data analysis, trend identification, and building dashboards
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
Desired Skills & Experience
Mortgage, banking, or financial services industry experience
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting
Exposure to predictive modeling or advanced analytics
