Job Description
We are seeking a Workday HCM Integration Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday Core HCM and related modules, integrations, reporting, and business process configuration and a proven ability to optimize HR technology, deliver robust configurations, and support end users through testing, training, and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Workday across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting.
- Configure complex Workday business processes with emphasis on Recruiting workflows and related integrations.
- Develop and maintain reports, audit configurations, and perform data management including EIB mass loads.
- Support tenant configuration, data loads, troubleshooting, and end-to-end integration testing based on transactional changes.
- Review procedures and workflows to leverage Workday features that increase efficiency and control.
- Operate within Sandbox environments and maintain defined system standards and documentation.
- Provide pre- and post-launch support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and end-user training.
- Document technology specifications and maintain accurate change management artifacts for audit and compliance.
- Apply Workday Implementation Methodology to scope, prioritize, plan, and implement enhancements.
- Partner with Workday team members, IT, vendors, and business leaders to meet HR technology needs.
- Engage with Workday Community, User Groups, and conferences to foster continuous improvement.
- Support business partners and enhance their understanding and adoption of Workday capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Workday HCM experience with business process configuration and reporting.
- Proficiency with EIBs, data loads, and integration input/output testing.
- Knowledge of Workday business processes, core setup, and security framework.
- Solid understanding of Workday data model, system architecture, interfaces, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey recommendations clearly to varied audiences.
- Experience in cloud-based multi-tenant systems and collaborative solution delivery.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Pro or Workday Certifications.
- Experience with Workday Integrations and Recruiting configurations.
