Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer / AI-Driven Quality Engineering Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable test automation frameworks and modern quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UI automation, API testing, CI/CD integration, and AI-powered testing tools.

The candidate will also establish automation standards, governance practices, and review processes while enabling QA and development teams to adopt modern automation frameworks and AI-assisted quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and Cypress.
• Implement UI, API, integration, and contract testing strategies.
• Apply Page Object Model (POM) and Screenplay design patterns.
• Develop automated test scripts using Python, Java, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Leverage AI-powered development and testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and Playwright MCP.
• Implement AI-enabled and agentic QE workflows to improve testing efficiency and automation coverage.
• Establish automation standards, governance, coding guidelines, and quality review gates.
• Integrate automated testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, and Jenkins.
• Implement API and contract testing using REST Assured, Karate, Postman/Newman, and Pact.
• Support mobile automation testing using Appium, BrowserStack, and Sauce Labs.
• Develop synthetic test data strategies, data masking, and service virtualization using WireMock.
• Monitor automation effectiveness through reporting tools such as Allure and quality dashboards.
• Track automation stability, test flakiness, defect leakage, and overall quality metrics.
• Collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, and business teams to improve software quality.
• Mentor and enable QE and development teams in automation frameworks, best practices, and AI-powered testing tools.
