Position: Grafana Technical SME (Infrastructure Observability/SRE)
Location: TX or NJ (Hybrid)


Requirement:
Seeking a Grafana Technical SME with a strong Infrastructure/SRE background to design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise observability solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on production experience with Grafana Cloud, OpenTelemetry, and modern monitoring platforms, with expertise in resolving infrastructure and performance issues rather than application development.


Required Skills:

  • Expert-level Grafana dashboard design, implementation, and Grafana Cloud migration.
  • Strong Python scripting and automation experience.
  • Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and observability expertise.
  • Hands-on log tracing, root cause analysis, and distributed systems troubleshooting.
  • AWS cloud integration experience.
  • Experience with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, and Splunk.
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Python, and Shell scripting.
  • Experience configuring SLO-based alerting and optimizing observability platforms.
  • Strong production support and infrastructure troubleshooting experience.
