Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technology teams to define and align requirements.
Analyze business processes and systems, providing solutions to improve efficiency.
Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
Manage change control and traceability processes for requirements.
Create and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring quality standards are met.
Develop documentation and manuals to support project implementation.
Identify and communicate risks and potential solutions to stakeholders.

Skills

Strong business analysis skills with a focus on requirements gathering.
Experience in wealth management or advisory services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficiency in working within agile and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with managed account platforms and processes.
Experience with requirement and process tools like Visio or HP Quality Center.
An analytical mindset with capabilities in statistical analysis and modeling.
