Technical Lead/Backend Engineer

Job Requirement:

• Lead the Architecture, Design and development and deployment of Scalable low latency and high throughput APIs

• Build and optimize high performance backend services in Go or Java or TypeScript/NodeJs and GraphQL APIs

• Drive front-end-applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring clean, reusable and scalable components

• Provide Technical Leadership by mentoring engineers, reviewing code and fostering best practices

• Collaborate closely with product, design and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful features

• Ensure System performance, scalability and security through thoughtful design and proactive monitoring

• Define and implement engineering standards including testing strategies, CI/CD and deployment best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role

• Strong expertise in Go (Golang) or Java or NodeJS or similar backend language for software development

• Hand-on experience building and optimizing GraphQL APIs

• Proficiency in React and Typescript for modern web application

• Background in real-time systems, caching strategies or event driven architectures

• Experience with databases (both SQL and Non SQL)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
