Role Overview
This role owns the development and maintenance of sites that surface project updates and coordinates project work streams required for delivery. The Project Coordinator will work directly with content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners to build tooling, streamline processes through AI-powered workflows, and drive operational excellence across active projects. This position focuses on the successful launch and discovery of entertainment content, partnering with product teams to integrate and distribute content.
Key Responsibilities
- Use approved AI-based tools to code and submit diffs for internal sites, building features that surface project information, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
- Drive development workflows using AI tools to accelerate production timelines and reduce manual processes.
- Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Build and maintain automation workflows that connect sites to an internal CMS for real-time project tracking.
- Rapidly prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations, from code generation to documentation.
- Work directly with platform and developer teams on feature enhancements and site improvements.
- Ensure all project documentation is current, accessible, and utilized by project leads.
- Monitor active sites to verify performance, data accuracy, and flag issues to stakeholders.
- Track platform bugs, submit fixes via diffs, and alert affected development teams.
- Conduct assessments of project status to evaluate system stability and performance.
- Assist in onboarding teams to new product requirements, AI tool adoption, and site workflows.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 3+ years of experience in application development, project coordination, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools or equivalent LLM-based development assistants.
- Experience submitting diffs and working within code review workflows.
- Experience building and maintaining web applications or sites.
- Ability to coordinate project work streams, including tracking deliverables and timelines.
- Experience integrating AI into production pipelines and development operations.
- Familiarity with project management systems and their connection to production tooling.
- Experience with workflows using AI to rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship features.
Skills:- Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Resourcefulness and a problem-solving orientation.
- Clear communication skills for operating within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of required technologies such as Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI code generation at scale.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Background in automation architecture, such as connecting systems and data flows across tools.
- Experience coordinating multi-track project work streams with external developers.
- Designer experience for platforms or applications, including understanding of UX patterns or visual production.
- Background in Entertainment working with production studios or streamer services.
