Job Title: Product Testing Engineer
Experience - 6-7 Years
ROLE_DESCRIPTION
Review features and user stories to identify edge cases, negative scenarios, and requirement gaps before development. Strengthen acceptance criteria and readiness quality, ensuring business scenarios and logic are explicit and testable. Partner with Engineering and QA to define behavior-driven scenarios (BDDs) and test cases, including combination coverage. Support validation and readiness activities through delivery and go-live, confirming scenario coverage and environment readiness. Triage defects as they arise, reproducing and characterizing issues and providing clear risk framing to support timely decisions. Act as a consultant to Product Owners on feature and user-story authoring, improving requirement quality across the team. Document edge cases, test scenarios, and business logic into reusable artifacts that strengthen team knowledge over time.
